About the Conference
This One-day workshop is built for clinicians who are new to musculoskeletal ultrasound and want a clear, practical starting point. Rather than moving through slides alone, the day pairs short, focused lectures with real diagnostic cases - the kind of findings you'll actually meet in clinic - so the anatomy and the pathology are learned together. Small-group, hands-on scanning stations let every participant put the probe on a shoulder or knee under supervision, turning "I understand it" into "I can find it."

Designed for anyone picking up an MSK probe for the first time — no prior ultrasound experience required. Orthopedic surgeons, Radiologists & residents Rheumatologists, Sports medicine physicians, Physiotherapists and General practitioners.
Learning Objectives
Understand the basic physics, transducer choice, and settings (gain, depth, focus) relevant to MSK imaging.
Recognize the normal ultrasound appearance of tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves, and joint recesses.
Apply a standardized, repeatable approach to scanning the shoulder, knee, and common soft-tissue complaints.
Identify sonographic patterns of common pathology — tendinopathy, partial and full tears, effusion, bursitis, ganglion cysts.
Correlate scan findings with clinical presentation across a series of beginner-level diagnostic cases.
Perform supervised scanning on live models at small-group stations to build probe handling confidence.
